NOTICE OF HEARING-AMENDING ZONING MAP

Jay County Commissioners

The Jay County Commissioners will meet on August 10, 2026 starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Jay County Courthouse Auditorium, 1^st Floor, 120 N Court St. Ste 202, Portland, IN 47371. The Board of Jay County Commissioners will consider a recommendation from the Jay County Plan Commission to adopt Ordinance Amending the Jay County Zoning & Subdivision Control Map at 1450 S 400 W, Portland, IN (38-06-27-100-007.000-022) from Industrial to Agricultural Residential. The meeting will be open for public comment at 9:10 a.m.  Those wishing to speak will need to sign in and will be limited to two minutes on the topic.
