The commissioners elected at their meeting on June 30^th, 2025 to change their 9:00 a.m. meeting and drainage board on July 28^th, 2025 to July 30^th, 2025 due to lack of quorum.   The meeting will still be held in the Jay County Courthouse Auditorium, 1^st Floor, 120 N Court St. Portland, IN 47371.
