There will be a joint meeting of the Jay County Commissioners, Jay County Council and the Jay County Country Living Advisory Board of Directors on August 13th, 2025 at 6:15PM to be held in the Jay County Courthouse Auditorium, 120 N Court St. Portland, IN 47371. The meeting will discuss options for the county home moving forward in addition to a progress update and discussion on the countywide emergency and non-emergency radio system.
