There will be a meeting of the Jay County Council on October 22, 2025 at 5:00 PM to be held in the Jay County Courthouse Auditorium, 120 N Court St. Portland, IN 47371.  The meeting will be to adopt the Jay County Solid Waste budget for 2026.
