There will be a joint meeting of the Jay County Commissioners and Jay County on December 3^rd,  2025 at 1:00 PM to be held in the Jay County Courthouse Auditorium, 120 N Court St. Portland, IN 47371.  The meeting will discuss options with MSS Engineering regarding plans for a public safety building.
