NOTICE OF SPECIAL SESSION

Jay County Commissioners

The Jay County Commissioners will meet in special at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 6^th, 2026. The meeting will be held in the auditorium on the first floor of the Jay County Courthouse at 120 N. Court Street, Portland, Indiana, 47371. The purpose of the meeting will be to take any potential action regarding pending or threatened litigation.
