The Jay County Commissioners will meet in special session on July 8^th, 2026 starting at 5:30 p.m. to discuss matters related to the county comprehensive plan. The meeting will be held in the Jay County Courthouse Auditorium, 120 N Court St. Portland, IN 47371.
