There will be a joint meeting of the Jay County Commissioners and Jay County Council on September 17^th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to be held in the Jay County Courthouse Auditorium, 120 N Court St. Portland, IN 47371.  The meeting will be to discuss fiscal sustainability plan and financing options with Baker Tilly.
