At the regular commissioners’ meeting on April 28, 2025 which starts at 9:00 a.m.

At 10:30 am, the Board of Jay County Commissioners will consider a recommendation from the Jay County Plan Commission to amend the county zoning code to implement a moratorium on solar projects and commercial battery storage for 12 months so that the Plan Commission can consider proposals for the amendment of the zoning ordinance.  The meeting will be opened for public comment at that time.  Those wishing to speak will need to sign in and will be limited to two minutes.
