Our Portland office is open to the public from 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Any questions can be directed to our office at 260-726-2311.
Our charges are based on the type of care you receive, mileage, and the supplies used in your care. We file claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and all private insurances. Please make sure we are provided with the correct insurance information at the time of your service. Our Billing Department is not connected to the hospital.
