The Jay County Commissioners will meet in special session at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 20^th , 2025. The meeting will be held in the auditorium on the first floor of the Jay County Courthouse at 120 N. Court Street, Portland, Indiana, 47371. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss EDIT funding requests.
